The production flow process of our wood charcoal is as follows:

1. The raw material wood is received in the factory -and the factory is preparing for carbonization in the kiln.
2. The Carbonization in the kiln: The carbonization process in the kiln, is performed approximately 7 - 9 days by checking the color of the burning gas outcome, which shall be transparent white for ending the carbonization and burning in the kiln room, after that, closing the hole of the kiln and 12 hours flowing with water and to be continued with 2 days cooling in the kiln.
3. After that, the carbonized wood charcoal is removed from the kiln, and the company conducts a cooling and weathering process, which takes a minimum14 days before final packing.
4. Final inspection and testing in the company consist of following activities:
   - Selection based on size 5-15 cm
   - Selection based on accepted or rejected  appearance such as not fully carbonizing charcoal
5. Checking weight of product in the packing of 20 kg.
6. Next, the product is packed and stored in the finished goods warehouse.
7. Finally, Stuffing and vanning inspection, the last stage of flow process is stuffing the packed wood charcoal cargo in the shipment. As required by shipping liner, a vanning inspection is conducted by the third party, a surveyor.
